Damages or Defects
Our products go through two quality control checks. One before they are shipped to us, the second before we ship to you. A full refund, store credit or exchange will be offered to you in the event that an item you received from us was damaged or defective. This does not include damages or loss caused by the product recipient. Make sure to go to our FAQ page for proper care and instructions for use.
You MUST contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt to initiate the claim. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt. Defective items must be returned to us, along with original packaging to review your claim. We will provide a RETURN shipping label. Silli Chews assumes shipping responsibility on all damaged or defective items.
Please note: Silli Chews is not responsible for lost packages if you did not properly submit the correct shipping address with your order. Shipping is a flat rate of $5 within the continental United States. Shipping time frame for each shipping method is estimated. For other destinations, shipping charges are determined by the number and type of items ordered and the shipping method selected. The typical delivery timeframe is 3-10 business days. We do not ship COD. We do ship to PO addresses via USPS priority mail.
Silli Chews ships online orders internationally. International customers are responsible for all shipping, duty and taxes associated with the importation of all merchandise. ALL international sales are final.
If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Silli Chews, we will notify you via e-mail or phone and you will be asked to provide a new address. Shipping and handling will be charged again for the new shipment. Packages that are marked as delivered, but are "not received" are your responsibility to track down with your mail carrier. Packages lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
STATE SALES TAX
In accordance with state laws, we are required to charge sales tax to California residents on orders shipped within the continental US. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges and is based on the shipment’s destination state and local sales tax rates. For your planning and convenience, we display exact sales tax amount when orders are placed and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is placed.
